MediScans is intended for authorized personnel managing medical supply inventories. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including AI models, designs, and software — are the exclusive property of MediScans and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated valuations and recommend independent verification for high-value decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediScans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
